The program contains 12 weeks of training, sectioned out into specific workouts that prescribe the exercises, sets, reps, and intensity.

There is a section that contains an overview of the periodization method, volume statistics, and an exercise index.

What is in the technique manual?

The Technique Manual contains nearly 100 short exercise tutorials, organized my movement types.

What is in the concept manual?

The concept manual is a short document detailing the three core concepts needed to use Celegym programs; RPE, Warm Up, and Rest Times.

How quickly will I get my order?
